Our kitchen remodel project with MTS exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the MTS team gained an understanding of our vision, provided input to maximize our budget, and built a timeline to minimize the impact on our family. Our project included the removal of a load-bearing wall, which required additional support in the basement. The prep work in the basement was done ahead of time and the kitchen demolition took place when the cabinets and appliances were ready, which reduced the time of not having a functional kitchen to only two weeks. In addition to the kitchen remodel, we also got new hardwood floors throughout the first floor, updated the powder room, and installed a separate HVAC system on the second floor. Our project was done on time, within budget, and the MTS team kept us informed of project milestones. Another perk is that they kept the work area very tidy. We are so pleased with our renovation that we have selected MTS for our next project, an outdoor entertainment area. Thank you MTS for our beautiful indoor entertainment area!

We used MTS Builders for a renovation of our outdoor space in 2021. While we had a vision of what the space would look like, Ethan Maxwell provided valuable insight throughout the process based on his knowledge of materials, scale and contractors. We were very impressed with how "hands on" both Ethan and Christina Maxwell were in coordinating schedules for the electrician, HVAC, mason, carpenter and stamped concrete contractors and in ensuring that work was completed in the agreed upon timeframe. Our backyard was a simple deck prior to the renovation and now is a space we really enjoy with a stone walkway, concrete patio and pavilion with a bar, TV and seating area. We already have MTS Builders in mind for future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a competitive price.

Our family would definitely use MTS Builders again after they completed our master bathroom remodel on time and budget. Ethan Maxwell is a good communicator, provides proactive updates on the project, drives to the schedule and is patient with changes during the project. He and Christina manage the contractor's schedule tightly and all of MTS' subcontractors used for my remodel where top notch craftsman, timely and easy to work with.
